I have had Australian cattle dogs since 1999. I mostly enjoy spoiling my dogs but I also compete in herding events. I compete in conformation events occasionally, as time permits. I am a member of the Australian Cattle Dog Club of America and an ACDCA Code of Ethics breeder. I have previously served on the ACDCA Board of Directors and the Herding Committee. (www.acdca.org) In 2008, I coordinated the ACDCA National Specialty in Shartlesville, PA, (along with co-coordinator Lee Kephart) and served as herding trial chair.

I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Pennsylvania Australian Cattle Dog Club. (www.cpacdc.com) and past director of the Bull Run Australian Cattle Dog Club. I served as chair for the three herding trials put on by Bull Run/CPACDC under the auspices of the ACDCA.

I am an AKC herding judge.

In the rest of my time, I am a veterinarian and I also sleep occasionally.

My dogs are pets and companions first, performance/working dogs second and show dogs last. My goal as a breeder is to produce intelligent, biddable, healthy, sound dogs with good temperaments that are talented cattle working dogs that also adhere to the conformation standard.

My goal in placing my puppies in new homes is to find them homes where they will be active, involved with their owners and loved on their own merits, regardless. Working homes are nice. Good homes are priceless. Most puppies will be sold on Limited AKC registration meaning they are not to be bred and should be spayed or neutered as appropriate.

Please contact me with any questions about my dogs or cattle dogs in general.
